「Moments of Sobriety (Live at Omega Studio)」は、Feldup & The Showerheadsがフルメンバーで初めてレコーディングした作品です。

「Sober for a Second」は、「Moments of Sobriety」を再解釈した楽曲で、新しいアレンジと最終コーラスの改訂が施されています。
