Caroline Shaw & Sō Percussion – “Rectangles and Circumstance”

ピューリッツァー賞を受賞した作曲家Caroline ShawがSō Percussionとの新作を発表した。アルバム名は『Rectangles and Circumstance』で、Nonesuchから6月14日にリリースされる。アルバムからタイトル曲が公開されている。

バンドとしての初レコードとなる2021年の『Let the Soil Play Its Part』に続くもので、ショーがヴォーカルをとり、Sō-Eric Cha-Beach、Josh Quillen、Adam Sliwinski、Jason Treutingがバックを務めている。グラミー賞受賞エンジニアのJonathan Low（The National、Taylor Swift）は、『Let the Soil…』と『Rectangles and Circumstances』で彼らと共同プロデュースをしている。
