2022年の夏、バンドLAKEのEli MooreとAshley Eriksson、Black Belt Eagle ScoutのKatherine PaulからなるYour Heart Breaksスタジオバンドは、プロデューサーNicholas Wilburと共にワシントン州アナコルテスのUnknown Studioに集まり、やがてThe Wrack Lineとなる曲を録音しました。
地球上では、満潮後の海岸に残された有機物や破片の集まりが「ワックライン」です。クラックラインを歩くと、コンブ、海草、貝殻、流木、海の生き物の死骸、メノウ、人類の残骸、そして時には嵐に巻き込まれたコンテナ船から海に投げ出された秘密の宝物を見つけることができます。クライド・ピーターセンの「The Wrack Line」は、この自然現象に忠実である。過去数年間の総決算であり、生涯の友情、感情、思い出が、ジャイアンから解き放たれて、アーティストの海岸線に残された。このアルバムは、Your Heart Breaksとして知られるピーターセンと、世界中にいる多くの特別なゲストとの共同作業として書かれました。これらの曲は、コンセプト、フック、リフ、感情的な会話を何度もやり取りし、ブリキの電話、伝書鳩、黄昏の夢、流れ星を通して作られた。靴を脱いでビーチを歩こう。
