ノルウェーのレーベル、Café Grössenwahn Grammophonの新作が登場した。”Ghostly Whistlings”(2017)に続き、決してホットな作品ではない。

アルビオンの『Beautiful Barbarians』は、反軍国主義とユートピアの理想に彩られた戦間期のスカウト運動であり、その美学は「異教徒の未来派」と形容されたキボ・キフトの近親者を称えるものだ。

この10インチ・レコードには、Johannes Høieによる特別依頼のカバー・アートと、Ulver、Jännerwein、Sol Invictus、Blood and Sun、Moineau、Tenhornedbeastの楽曲が収録されている。

インサートには、『The Kindred of the Kibbo Kift』の著者、Annebella Pollenによるライナーノーツ：
Intellectual Barbarians』（2015年）の著者アンネラ・ポーレンとスヴェレ・マリングによるアート。
